- If you have not already, log out of the RoadDog Rewards application or website.
- Register with your new number, while registering, SKIP the email section (leave that blank or use an alternate email you have access too).
- Log in, then come back to this Contact Us page and submit the form below, select the changed phone numbers option and make note in the message field provided what your old number was.
- When our support staff reads your submission, we will transfer all transaction history and Dog Bones, then disable the old account.
- The new account will also be linked to your original email and a temporary password will be sent to you.
